“Boundless Love”, my senior film produced during my undergraduate studies at Savannah College of Art and Design. It is a tale of a T-Rex who falls in love with a hot cave woman. During conceptualization, I wanted to keep with the idea of a simple story, also possessing an interesting, comedic circumstance with an unexpected outcome. Pre-production took a time span of 3 months, and production began immediately after for another 6 months. The animation is done entirely in Flash, animated traditionally, and colored with a simple scheme. I was responsible for all aspects of pre-production and production.
Water Splash – Traditional 2D – 4 sec
This was done during my 2D Effects animation class. Part of the assignment was to observe real life reference of a rock being thrown into water. I really enjoyed this project.
Ball Bounce in Perspective – Traditional 2D – 4 sec
Another animation for the 2D Effects animation class. This was the first assignment we had and it was pretty challenging since it was my first time returning to traditional animation after working with Flash for quite some time. I’m still comfortable and enjoy working with traditional 2D animation, nothing beats the feel of it.
Fist and Gun – Maya – 15 sec
The final for my Animation II class. The class was primarily focused on learning 3D animation although you were able to go back to 2D if you like. I really enjoyed animating in 3D and I felt like doing something silly for the final. I really love martial arts…but it’s not so useful in a gunfight.
Anzu – Traditional 2D – 14 sec
Another final, this time it’s for the Animation I class. This animation also features my little ninja girl character, Anzu, who was created during this time. This animation is has a special place in my heart because I finally get to see my own character in motion.

This is a link to all of the Animation Tests I’ve done that I posted on the Blog portion of this site. Whether it was done in Flash or any other form, these are just quick tests in order to keep myself animating.
